For those members who are in a worksite that has transitioned from an A&P owned store to Acme Markets or is in the process of becoming an Acme Markets: With this transition, we anticipate you will have questions regarding the changes in your Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). We have emailed you a copy of the CBA between UFCW Local 1776 and Acme Markets. You can also read this agreement by logging into our website. Please review this agreement in its entirety as it will help answer many of the questions you have. If you would like a hard copy of the Acme Markets CBA mailed to your home, please call 610-940-1854. We will also have Union Representatives at the Local's main office located at 3031 Walton Road in Plymouth Meeting PA to take questions and assist you in the transition process.
