As you likely heard or read in the news, it was announced on October 27, 2015 that Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc. (often just referred to as Walgreens) will buy Rite Aid in a $17.2 billion dollar deal that will combine the first and third largest drug-store chains.  Your current Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) remains effective in full force and contains successor language.  Please login to our website for answers to your frequently asked questions regarding this sale.
