BC Natural Chicken ratified a new three year agreement
On August 23, members of UFCW Local 1776 at BC Natural Chicken in Fredricksburg, PA(nearLebanon) ratified a new three year agreement by an almost two-to-one margin. During the course of negotiations Coleman Natural Foods, owner of the facility, was acquired by Perdue. Negotiations were very challenging.
