Instead of budget cuts, the Corbett administration should consider rational and fair tax alternatives

The Executive Director of AFSCME District Council 13, Dave Filman, tells how  the Corbett administration seeks more draconian budget cuts that will negatively affect working families in PA.  Instead, it should adopt long-overdue and fair tax changes.  Filman, Chair of the CLEAR Coalition, says the administration's lack of planning and failure to consider rational alternatives should not be an emergency for everyone else.  To read Filman's op-ed, visit here.
