Right-winger Todd Akin plays 'doctor;' highlights Paul Ryan's irresponsible drive to 'redefine' rape

How radical and iresponsible can the right wing get?  Try this:

US Rep. Paul Ryan, Mitt Romney's Vice Presidential hopeful, is on record as wanting to redefine rape as not necessarily forceful.  This story from Mother Jones magazine tells how Ryan and his fringe right-wing colleagues have lost touch with reality by backing legislation that says there is "rape," and then there is "forceable rape" -- an idea brought to the front again by U.S. Rep. Todd Akin (R-Missouri), a Republican candidate for the US Senate and a cosponsor of Ryan's legislation.

Really?  Where did his "doctors" get their medical licenses -- at Pep Boys?
