UFCW Local 1776 Covid-19 Vaccination Raffle - REWARDS AVAILABLE!

Are you a UFCW Local 1776 member who has received the COVID-19 vaccination? If so, you are eligible to enter into the union raffle just for getting vaccinated! Enter to win one of over 6,000 CASH rewards!   CLICK HERE TO ENTER! 

In order to be eligible you must: 

1. Be a current UFCW Local 1776 member in good standing at the time of the drawing. 
2. If you received the Moderna or Pfizer vaccines, you must receive BOTH doses before entering the raffle. For the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, you only need to have received the single dose. 

To enter into the raffle, follow these instructions: 

1. Complete an entry form online by clicking here OR print a copy of the entry form by clicking here.    
2. Email a copy of both the front and the back of your Covid-19 Vaccination Record Card to raffle@ufcw1776.org 
3. A hard copy of the entry form and a copy of your Vaccination Record Card can be mailed to:
