    UFCW LOCAL 1776 Keystone State Launches COVID19 Resource Center for Members & Families

    PLYMOUTH MEETING (March 16, 2020) UFCW 1776 Keystone State President Wendell W. Young IV today announced the launch of a COVID-19 Resource Center for the Local’s 35,000 members and their families.

    “Our focus is on the health and well-being of our members, their families and the hundreds of thousands of consumers they serve. Our team is working closely with our employers to ensure safety at the workplace,” Young said. “We have been in constant contact with our International so we can share best practices for safety in the workplace; and we are monitoring developments at the state level and in our communities.”

    The Resource Center can be found on the Local’s website by CLICKING HERE. This page will be updated throughout the crisis as developments emerge. Young noted that the Resource Center includes a series of links to both Government and Workplace Resources for members and employers.

    Young urged all of the Local’s members to take the following steps to ensure they receive up- to-the-minute updates regarding their workplace and all of the Local’s efforts to ensure their safety:
